The Central House Promise

Our Resort does an outstanding job of protecting our employees and guests.  To ensure everyone’s safety as we welcome you back we ask that we make the following promises to each other.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

We will continue to be a leader in safe sanitation practices with all team members trained in food safety handling and a certified food safe manager always in the kitchen.

All employees will pass a health check prior to his/her shift.

All indoor and outdoor seating options will comply with the appropriate social distancing guidelines.

Hand sanitizer and handwashing stations will be available to all customers and guests.

We will clean and sanitize common areas and surfaces often.

Place settings, utensils and condiments will either be single use or sanitized after every use.

We will post the CENTRAL HOUSE PROMISE at our entrance and around the property so everyone understands the steps we must take to keep our community safe.

YOUR PROMISE TO US

If you have been exposed to COVID 19 you will have quarantined yourself for 14 days prior to your check in date or the date of the event you are attending.

If you experience and COVID 19 symptoms you will leave the property and inform us of any positive test results for contact tracing purposes.

You agree to have a mask with you at all times and follow the social distancing guidelines while on property to protect our other customers and staff.

Handwashing and/or hand sanitizing will be conducted more often than when you are in your own home.

Children will be monitored more closely to be sure they are following this prodigal.
